How do I send my transcripts, health forms, or other documents to UH West O’ahu?
Documents can be submitted by mail or electronically. For documents such as transcripts, health clearance forms, or other person documents, we request that the Secure File Transfer is used.
Official transcripts will be required by the first day of class, August 23.
UHWO Secure File Transfer
This is UH West Oʻahu’s Secure File Transfer service. Below are instructions for submitting unofficial transcripts, unofficial test score reports (and any other documents). This service allows you to send up to 5 files at a time.
- Go to: https://westoahu.hawaii.edu/it/securefiletransfer
- Submit your name and email address.
- You will receive an email with a link to send your documents.
- Select “Admissions” when uploading your documents.
