What are focus / graduation requirements?
They are additional requirements a student needs in order to receive their degree. These requirements include: WI (Writing Intensive), ETH (Ethics), HAP (Hawaiian, Asian, Pacific), and OC (Oral Communication). A student must have the following: 3 upper division (300+ level or above) courses, 1 ETH course (any level), 1 OC course (any level), and 1 HAP course (any level). In addition, a minimum of two WI classes must come from course work outside of the capstone class. Focus requirements may not be integrated into your GPS registration.
