What if I am no longer enrolled full-time?

You must inform the Financial Aid Office in writing or by email to uhwo.finaid@hawaii.edu as soon as possible, as this may delay your financial aid disbursement. Financial aid awarded through UH West Oʻahu is based on a student’s full-time enrollment at our campus. If the student will be concurrently/dually enrolled at another UH System campus and are at least half-time enrolled at UH West Oʻahu; the financial aid recipient should submit the Concurrent Enrollment Request Form to inform our office of your enrollment status. Half-time enrollment at UH West Oʻahu is required to remain eligible for most financial aid, including scholarships. The Financial Aid Office will begin processing Concurrent Enrollment Request Forms 30 days prior to the start of the semester.
