What if I would like to take a class at more than one institution?
Students who are interested in taking a course at another UH campus or institution while still enrolled at UH West Oʻahu must submit the Veteran Student Concurrent Enrollment Form.
What if my class does not run the entire length of the semester?
Students are certified for the exact start and end dates of their enrolled classes. For example, if a student enrolls in an accelerated class that is only for part of the semester, the certification will reflect the dates of the class and not the semester dates. VA payments will be prorated according to the enrollment and respective dates of those classes.
What if I am a veteran student preparing to transfer to another 4-year campus?
UH West O‘ahu can only certify classes that pertain to a VA approved degree or certificate at our campus; we cannot certify courses for a degree program at another post-secondary institution.
