Intergraph Help Desk Technician

Loc: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard

Requirements: Security + CE certification, with the ability to gain a Microsoft certification after 3 months of hire (MCP, MTA, MCSA, MCTS, or MCITP), Remedy ticketing experience, and at least an Associates degree with 2 years experience.

Duties: Will be providing help desk support (via phone) to end users by answering calls, emails, and in person requests, then entering tickets into the database and identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Will have to diagnose problems with PCs, server, or mainframe applications or peripheral hardware.
