Kaiser PC Workstation Technician

Loc: Honolulu

Requirements: 2 years experience with PC support, deployments, PC hardware troubleshooting/repair and 1 year experience with customer service/client interaction

Duties: They will be managing incoming/outgoing assets, preparing systems for deployment, scanning assets for applications/settings, interacting with end users to identify considerations and settings, assist with process improvement, escalating important issues and assisting as needed.
