Emails are a valuable and widely-used tool of our campus communications. Represent the University of Hawaiʻi–West Oʻahu brand in your email by using the signatures provided below. The email signatures are provided for use by all UH West Oʻahu employees with the intention to reflect a standardized brand image.

Instructions for Gmail (desktop)
- Click on Copy Signature to Clipboard.
- Open Gmail.
- In the top right, click Settings See all settings.
- In the “Signature” section, click + Create new and give your new signature a distinctive name and then click Create.
- Paste the signature you previously copied into the signature text box. Personalize your signature by editing the text and links.
- Set your signature default for new emails by selecting the new signature from the drop-down menu. You can also optionally use the signature for replies or for forwarding.
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
