Earth Day takes place every year on April 22. This year is the 52nd anniversary of the observance, as it was first celebrated in 1970. The day is marked by activities and events to encourage support for environmental protection.
The theme for Earth Day 2022 is “Invest in our Planet” and everyone can participate by learning more about environmental issues and by taking action. The following resources include ideas and guidance to live more sustainably, and they provide relevant information about Earth and some of the most pressing environmental challenges and issues.
