Editing Pages

Once pages are scanned, you can select pages to adjust (e.g. crop, zoom in or out), delete, or re-order. When deleting, you will need to press the red button twice. Please note that there are two red buttons: the first deletes a single page and the second deletes all pages. Do not hit the second button, unless you want to start over.

Exporting Files

When you’ve finished scanning, you can choose to export the files via two methods:

  1. Save to USB – insert your USB into the USB drive located on the front of the machine, next to the flatbed. On the screen, press “save to USB drive”.
  2. Email to yourself – on the screen, press “more options” on the “save PDF file(s) to USB Drive” button. On the next screen, select “send via email” then type in your email address and touch OK. Wait for the request to process – you should receive a confirmation message when the file(s) have been successfully sent.

Ending Your Session

When you’re ready to leave, you want to make sure you delete all your files and settings. To do so, press “end session” on the screen. Make sure the screen goes back to the initial start screen before you leave.
