Upcoming Exhibit: Roots of Wisdom

Debuting Saturday, March 17
Thanks to the generous funding of PIKO and Pueo Scholars, the library will be hosting Roots of Wisdom: Native Knowledge. Shared Science., an exhibit developed, produced, and circulated by the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service, and the Smithsonianʻs National Museum of the American Indian. Roots of Wisdom examines how Native communities are using traditional knowledge and Western science to solve modern-day environmental problems. The exhibit will run from March 17 – August 26 on the first floor of the library.
