Laulima Site Migration Schedule

Please read this IMPORTANT message about your Laulima sites for instructional use. The deadline to migrate your old Laulima site for AY2007-Fall 2014 is December 2025.

Aloha,

ITS is now accepting requests for Laulima site migrations for Laulima sites created for terms 2007-Fall 2014 (which are scheduled for deletion in December 2025).  All requests for migration must comply with the following guidelines:

1. Requests must be made using the Request Migration from Laulima to Lamakū Kuali Build form (one migration request per form).
2. If the Requestor is not the owner of the Laulima site, the owner of the Laulima site must approve the migration and add the Requestor as an instructor in the Laulima site before it can be migrated over to Lamakū.
3. Only one Laulima site will be migrated for each course alpha number in the same format (i.e. 16 weeks, online asynchronous, writing intensive). This migration can be used for all sections of the course in the same format.
4. Please request migration once all content has been added to the Laulima site. ITS cannot add more content or re-migrate a site that has already been migrated.

Laulima sites from this timeframe (2007-Fall 2014) often used tools which do not migrate to Lamakū.  For more information on migration limitations and the complete migration schedule and information about Laulima site deletion, please visit the migration timeline website.
