What is Kuali Build?

Kuali Build is a cloud-based application licensed by UH system for all 10 UH campuses.  UH West O’ahu uses Kuali Build for various offices (e.g., Business Office, Office of the Registrar, VCAA, etc.) to electronically route what was previously paper forms to the appropriate individuals on campus for their review/approval.  All actions and comments are logged to produce an audit trail for historical purposes in the future.

You can login to the UH Kuali Build dashboard by visiting https://hawaii.kualibuild.com to see what apps (a.k.a forms) are available to you. Please note: because this is a shared instance across all 10 UH campuses, you are likely to see a lot of forms from other campuses.  All of the UHWO apps are prefixed with “UHWO”.  We recommended referring to the links that the respective departments post on their website or include in their emails for quicker access.
