How do I request to record an event or workshop?

One-day classes, training workshops, or other instructional meetings can be recorded and/or streamed live over the web using our mobile MediaSite web steaming cart. This service is subject to the availability of staff and equipment. Submit an IT Help Desk request if interested in using this service.

To submit a MediaSite recording request

1. Visit the IT Help Desk.
2. Log in with your Pueo ID.
3. Click on the “MediaSite Web Stream / Recording” from the “I am seeking” dropdown box.
4. Fill out the form; provide as much detail as possible.
5. Click Send.
