Know a lot about the Mouse House? Check out No’eau Center’s Trivia Night on Jan. 30

Flier for Trivia night that contains information found in the article

The Noʻeau Center will host a Trivia Night that will test teams of students on their knowledge of all things Disney, from facts about theme parks to characters, movies and shows. The top winning teams will be awarded gift cards.

A similar trivia event last semester attracted more than five dozen students to compete in teams. Trivia Night begins at 5 p.m. at the center located in B-203. There will be three rounds with 10 multiple-choice questions each. The top winning team will receive a $100 gift card (to be split among team members) while the second- and third-placed teams will receive cards of $40 and $20, respectively.

Trivia Night will also provide students an introduction to the Noʻeau Center if they aren’t already familiar with it. The No’eau Center offers an innovative approach to assisting students through peer-tutoring, testing, workshops, and other support services. During a typical semester roughly half of UH West Oʻahu’s student body receive some form of support from the center, whether it be tutoring or other services.

The event is sponsored by the Student Activity Fee Board and is also scheduled for:

  • Feb. 27, when the theme will be “Lunch Plate Spesho”
  • March 27, when the theme will be “The 00’s and 10’s”

Students are asked to register ahead of time by going to bit.ly/noeautn. Only UH West Oʻahu students may compete.
