UH West Oʻahu Assistant Professor of Sustainable Community Food Systems Albie Miles and colleagues recently published a new Oakland Institute online multimedia publication about agroecology and food security in Africa. The publication focuses on 33 agroecology case studies that demonstrate the positive effects of sustainable agricultural practices in fighting climate change, and restoring soils and the environment while yielding economic, social, and food security benefits.
