Come sing your song or recite your original work at West Sesh – UH West Oʻahu’s open mic night. Bring a friend with you to enjoy the evening of student talent. Hot chocolate, hot tea, and saimin available for free. West Sesh is held in the Loft outside the Student Lounge on the second floor of Campus Center, from 6 to 9 p.m.

This semester, a creative art component is being included in West Sesh. Showing your creativity as you paint a canvas, individualize a rock, decorate your graduation cap, or make lei. All art supplies will be provided. Each of the three session will highlight a fun, relaxing experience to tap into your creative intelligence.

Thursday, Feb. 9: Create-A-Canvas
Explore your creativity with a blank canvas, a brush and paint. Decorate your space with your artwork!

Thursday, March 9: Rock Art
Stones, pebbles as your canvas. Colorize a rock with your style as a reminder of your awesomeness!

Thursday, April 13: Grad Caps and Lei-Making
Graduating seniors: Decorate your graduation cap with free decorative supplies. Students must purchase grad caps from the UHWO Bookstore and bring to the April 13th event. All other students: Learn how to make a quick, simple lei for your friends.
