Make your own tasty spread at the upcoming ʻĀina-to-ʻŌpu Workshop: Lilikoʻi Butter, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 4 at the Nāulu Center kitchen. The event is the first of a series of three ʻĀina-to-ʻŌpu workshops happening this semester.
UH West Oʻahu students, faculty and staff are welcome to join Aunty Ngahiraka Mason in making lilikoʻi butter with fruits foraged from the Pālehua forest up mauka from campus.
