The ʻĀina-to-ʻŌpū Workshops take place this semester at the Nāulu Center kitchen.
The event name alone is enough to make your mouth water.
Check out the ʻĀina-to-ʻŌpū Workshop: ʻUlu Fries + Spicy Aioli, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. March 3 at the Nāulu Center kitchen, to learn from Chef Jah Kaluhiokalani an easy way to prepare ʻulu, or breadfruit. Breadfruit is a staple crop throughout Polynesia, the Caribbean, and Africa.
The workshop is open to UH West Oʻahu students, faculty, and staff. It is the second of a series of three ʻĀina-to-ʻŌpu workshops happening this semester.
