Lamakū users auto-enrolled in Instructor Essentials

It’s not too early to dig into a Lamakū sandbox to explore new LMS features and build content. Once you’ve opened a Lamakū account, you will be auto-enrolled in Lamakū Instructor Essentials, a self-guided course. UH instructional designers (IDs) developed a set of eight modules as a guide for users transitioning from Laulima to Lamakū. The course covers the basics of site navigation, course set-up, content creation, and other key topics. 

You’ll find Lamakū Instructor Essentials under My Courses. Gain hands-on experience in Lamakū as you work through the modules and apply what you’ve learned to your sandbox.

Additionally, consider attending upcoming sessions of the Fall 2024 Lamakū Discovery Series, presented by UH IDs. The sessions introduce LMS features and follow the flow of building a course. New users from any campus are welcome, and registrants receive links to recordings and slides.
