Google handwriting font options

Google apps like Docs and Slides have a good selection of typefaces within the font menu. For some, these fonts ranging from Arial to Verdana are sufficient. However, other document designers will be interested to know that Google has more available, including open-source handwriting fonts.

While easy readability is the first concern for those creating course content, other projects, such as a certificate of appreciation or a digital thank-you note, can be personalized with a well-selected font like Kalam that evokes the look and feel of printing by hand.
