Have you been in a Zoom meeting where details on a speaker’s slides were too small to fully comprehend? Helpfully, Zoom has a feature allowing participants to adjust their screen view to a comfortable reading level. When a host is sharing their screen, their name appears at the top of the meeting window. Click the 3-dot ‘more’ symbol to reveal view options and find a magnification that works best for you. Additionally, you will be able to drag the image within the viewing window if larger magnifications leave a portion of the slide offscreen.
