Need a break at about the semester half-way point? If youʻre a student, you should look into West and Welaxation, a two-day event to get away from the stresses of the semester, enjoy a massage and a smoothie.

The event is scheduled for two days, Oct. 10 and 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop by the Noʻeau Center (B203) for a free 10-minute message, drink Da Spot smoothies and nibble on ʻono pupus, and chillax kits (de-stress kits) after participating in campus de-stress activities. Hereʻs a tip – sign up ahead of time for the massages because the time slots go fast.

West and Welaxation is sponsored by the Student Activity Fee Board and is targeted toward helping students refresh and re-energize themselves going into the last half of the semester. Questions: rtcarino@hawaii.edu
