We want to know: How do we Pūpūkahi I Holomua, or “Move Forward Together,” focusing on the values of Learning, Discovery, and Engagement? We encourage you to share your thoughts on how UH West Oʻahu will progress by utilizing those values. Get inspired! Your words may eventually decorate a mural on the Allied Health/Administration facility construction barrier. A mock-up of the mural is below.

From the valued perspective of ʻŌlelo Noʻeau to a meaningful hashtag, the only limitation is your creativity – and the 200-character maximum (including a translation if required).
Students, faculty, and staff – email your submission to uhwocomm@hawaii.edu by Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017. A group will screen the submissions. The number of messages utilized will be determined by the final layout. The mural will be up through approximately Fall 2018.
We also invite the campus to join in painting the mural at a date(s) and time(s) to be announced. Initial painting preparation will begin in late February/early March, with the messages scheduled to be painted in March. We want this collaborative project to involve students, faculty, and staff.
