Fitbit Challenge Fall 2017

The PIKO Project challenges UH West Oʻahu students to live a healthy lifestyle by taking a minimum of 10,000 steps each day for one month. The PIKO Project is providing 20 Fitbits for free rental to track these steps, or students can use their Fitbit to participate in the competition. Pick up/sign up is on Feb. 22, between 1 and 3 p.m. in the Courtyard. The challenge runs through March 22, when participants drop off their Fitbits again in the Courtyard between 1 and 3 p.m.

The PIKO Project promotes wellness and student and faculty engagement.
