Fitbit Challenge: Take 10,000 steps everyday for a month!

The PIKO Project challenges UH West Oʻahu students and faculty to a fitness challenge of taking 10,000 steps a day for a month. Interested students, faculty, and staff should pick up a free Fitbit fitness tracker on August 29, between 1 and 3 p.m., in the UH West Oʻahu Courtyard to participate in the challenge, which runs through September 28.

The competition is limited to the first 20 participants. Those who achieve the goal of taking 10,000 steps every day during the monthlong period, as well as the top three competitors who take the highest amount of steps, win prizes.

The PIKO Project is promoting wellness and student and faculty engagement.
