E Ola Kākou, UH West Oahu’s annual fall health and wellness week, is being held from Sept. 19 through 23 in locations throughout the UH West Oʻahu campus. E Ola Kākou includes information, activities, and events promoting good health and wellness and features a Health and Wellness fair with lomilomi, fitness, and booths with community members.
E Ola Kākou is sponsored by the UH West Oʻahu PIKO Project, Office of Student Life, Counseling Services, Intramural Sports, Health Services, the Compliance Office, and the Planning and Campus Operations department.

Monday, Sept. 19
9 a.m.: Piko Protocol (Hale Kuahuokala)
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Free Hugs & Suicide Prevention (Courtyard)
Tuesday, Sept. 20
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Free Hugs (Courtyard)
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Stress Free Coloring (Courtyard)
Wednesday, Sept. 21
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: E Ola Kakou: Health and Wellness Fair -Lomilomi, Fitness, and much more (Courtyard)
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Hepatitis A vaccinations for students (C-158 )
12 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Workshop on Hepatitis A, B & C (Library second floor)
2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Mala Harvest (Student Organic Garden)
Thursday, Sept. 22
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Kipa Aloha (Courtyard)
2 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Intramurals Open Play (Great Lawn)
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.: West Sesh Open Mic (C Building Loft)
Friday, Sept. 23
9 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Campus Beautification Project (Between B and E Building)
12 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Appreciation for our Clean, Beautiful, and Safe Campus
