Associate Professor of Business Administration Sharon Lee
UH West Oʻahu’s Dr. Sharon Lee and Dr. William Bosworth published “Corporate Governance and Firm Performance: Roles of Insider and Institutional Holdings” in The Journal of Finance Issues vol. 13 issue 2. The article explores the role of corporate governance in publicly held companies and the relationship between ownership structure and firm performance. Sharon Lee is an associate professor of business administration at UH West Oʻahu.
