Nominate your favorite UH West Oʻahu faculty member for the Regents’ Medal for Excellence in Teaching. The medal is awarded by the University of Hawaiʻi Board of Regents to honor faculty members who exhibit an extraordinary level of subject mastery and scholarship, teaching effectiveness, and creativity. All teaching faculty and librarians who have not previously received the award are eligible. Nominations are encouraged from all UH West Oʻahu students, faculty and staff.
Nomination forms are available from the Office of Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (VCAA) in D204, via the VCAA intranet site, on campus bulletin boards, and at the UHWO Library Security Desk. Completed nominations should be submitted confidentially, in hard copy to Cynthia Lanting in D202 or by email at clanting@hawaii.edu, by March 4.
