The campuses, including representatives from student services, academic affairs, and administration, meet monthly. The September meeting covered intramural sports, International Week/West Fest, student abroad programs, and student employment, among other topics.

The goal of these meetings is to further embrace and establish the partnership between the two institutions and develop programs that increase student success and retention, as well as enhance the international presence at UH West Oʻahu.
