The Noʻeau Center will be holding Zoom practice sessions the week of March 23 to assist with UH West Oʻahu’s transition to online courses and the center’s transition to online tutoring. Zoom is a video conferencing service. Those interested in joining can access the Zoom session through bit.ly/noeaucenter.

The schedule for each session, which the Noʻeau Center has dubbed a “Zoom Practice Party,” is as follows:

  • 10 a.m. to noon Monday, March 23
  • 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 24
  • 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, March 25
  • 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, March 27

Each session will be two hours, with the first half focused on student needs when using Zoom and the latter half focused on staff and faculty needs. However, the center is flexible on what will be covered depending on how many people participate, as well as who participates.
