UH West Oʻahu Student Organic Garden

All UH West Oʻahu students (18 years and older) are encouraged to take the UH West Oʻahu Food Security Survey. The study is being conducted by Elise Leimomi Dela Cruz-Talbert, a PhD student in public health at UH Mānoa under the supervision of Dr. Albie Miles, assistant professor of sustainable community food systems at UH West Oʻahu.

The purpose of the study is to understand student perceptions and experiences around diet choices and food security. Participation in the study will help inform programs and policies aimed at promoting health and food security among college students in Hawai‘i and beyond. For questions about this project, contact Dr. Albie Miles at (808) 689-2376 or Elise Dela Cruz-Talbert at elise.delacruz-talbert@hawaii.edu.
