ACE team to discuss internationalization planning, Jan. 20

A peer review team from the American Council on Education (ACE) will be on campus to meet with the University of Hawaiʻi – West Oʻahu community to discuss the University’s internationalization planning efforts on Wednesday, Jan. 20. UH West Oʻahu is currently participating in the ACE Internationalization Laboratory program along with the University of Hawaiʻi System and UH Hilo, and working to develop an international leadership team, internationalization activities, and an internationalization plan for the University. An open forum and student panel about UH West Oʻahu’s Comprehensive Internationalization Plan draft will happen on Friday, Jan. 15.

The ACE team will host two presentation and discussion sessions for all interested students, faculty, and staff on Wednesday, Jan. 20 from 11 a.m.-noon in C225 and again from 3-4 p.m. in the UH West Oʻahu Library ʻUluʻulu Exhibition Space.
