Congratulations to UH West Oʻahu Associate Professor of Political Science Dr. Monique Mironesco on the publication of her article “Using Service Learning to Enhance a Hybrid Course Curriculum in the ‘Politics of Food'” in the Journal of Online Teaching. The article argues that non-traditional students benefit from various types of access to service learning (online, hybrid etc.) which increases student retention and learning.
