Chill out and shape up during weekly Power Yoga sessions with instructor Bonnie Delgato, at UH West Oʻahu.
Yoga, which helps your body, mind, and spirit, will run in two sessions on Tuesdays at the Nāulu Center throughout the Fall 2019 semester. Session 1 runs from 9:30 to 10:20 a.m., with Session 2 to follow from 10:30 to 11:20 a.m. Mats will be provided.
