  1. Purpose

    To provide procedures for requesting a UH Mānoa Parking Pass.

  2. Definitions

    For all employees requiring a UH Mānoa Parking Pass to attend official university business.

  3. West Oʻahu Policy & Procedures

    To request a UH Mānoa parking pass, please call UHWO Auxiliary Services Office @ 689-2528 at least 24 hours in advance. Passes are to be picked up Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00am – 2:00pm in the Library, Room B122. When the Library is closed, please make arrangements with Food Service and Events (FSE) for pick-up.

    Parking passes are the responsibility of the bearer and must be returned promptly to FSE in the Library.

    All Users shall abide to the following rules and guidelines.

    1. The pass shall be displayed at all times while on the University of Hawai‘i Mānoa campus.
    2. Do not display the pass off campus.
    3. The pass is valid only as designated on the pass in designated zone(s) through the expiration date stated on this pass.
    4. The pass is issued only through the UHWO Auxiliary Services Office. Ownership is not transferable. Do not duplicate or alter this pass in any way.
    5. The pass is to be used for official University business only.
    6. Not to be used for conducting, lecturing, attending, or teaching classes.
    7. Not to be used in lieu of parking permit and/or for guest parking.
    8. The University of Hawai‘i shall not be responsible for fire, theft or damages to motor vehicles or any contents therein when parked or operated on the University of Hawai‘i Mānoa campus.
    9. If this pass is lost or stolen, a replacement pass will be issued for a fee of $240.00 and charged to you/your department.
  4. Delegation of Authority

    Authority to assign permits delegated to the Director of Auxiliary Services.
