I hold a Ph.D. in International Management, along with an M.B.A., M.S./B.S. in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Hawai‘i. With over 30 years of experience in Hawaii, the mainland U.S., and Asia, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects like the Los Alamos National Laboratory and the Florida Power & Light nuclear plant. In academia, I’ve enjoyed 20 years of teaching, including time with UOPX, and have published 15 SSCI papers and served as an editor for a book. As a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Hawaii and Illinois, I stay involved with organizations like IFMA and NCEES, while also contributing to international efforts through the APEC Engineer Coordinating Committee. My passion is helping students and professionals grow through shared knowledge and practical experience.
