I am the Instructor in Facility Management at the University of Hawai‘i–West O‘ahu. My teaching and research focus on facility management, operations management, global management, strategic management, and statistics. With academic backgrounds in electrical engineering, business administration, and international management, I integrate technical and managerial perspectives in my teaching. My research has appeared in journals including the Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Business Research, Sustainability, and Frontiers in Sustainable Cities. I also hold PE, PMP, and FMP professional credentials and serve as a guest editor and journal reviewer.

My professional experience spans more than 30 years in electrical engineering, facility projects, operations management, and distributive energy systems. I have worked with GE/N2 Integrated Energy Solutions, Sargent & Lundy, Actus Lend Lease, Sprint Hawaii, and the U.S. Air Force, managing projects involving power systems, military facilities, renewable energy, construction, estimating, and project controls.
