Planning and Design is charged with the responsibility to plan, design and construct, while guiding the University’s physical development and the utilization of its land and spaces.
Facilities Management is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the buildings and grounds owned by the University.
Our teams are committed to mindfully steward the UH West Oʻahu campus with integrity, while being respectful of its place in Kapolei, the guiding plans that have been established, and improving the campus to meet the challenges of today and the future.

Maintenance Requests
Report maintenance problems and minor repairs, including plumbing, lighting, air-conditioning, pest control, etc.
Custodial Services
For immediate attention, please call the Work Coordination Center or notify the custodial staff.
Project and Purchase Requests
For these requests, please review our Furnishings Policy and Personal Appliance Policy for special requirements.
