What services we provide: We strive to service our UH campus community with everything it needs for college life and more. We are proud to employ students who meet the necessary GPA requirements to remain on our team and even have UH alumnae on our staff as well. When looking for your course material needs, please come with your class schedule information that includes the department, class, and course reference number (CRN) of your course as course materials are specific to the CRN and professor of that course.
What we’re excited about: We are always trying to look to reduce the costs of course materials to students so many electronic versions of textbooks are being offered along with its learning management tools that have been helpful in our new innovative learning environments. IDAP is our “Interactive Digital Access Program” that does this. We help professors provide course materials either within Laulima or linking up with various publishers to delivering electronic course materials at the fraction of the costs of physical books. IDAP charges are placed on your MyUH financial account prior to the semester starting.
What’s special about us: We host an annual “West is Best” T-shirt design contest that is only available to UH West Oʻahu students. Designs are submitted around October and voted on by the public. The winner’s design is featured on the next “West is Best” T-shirt, available in the Spring semester. Students with a valid ID are eligible for a discounted-rate T-shirt. Be on the lookout for this as you can be our next “West is Best” T-shirt design winner!
