Meals are individually packaged. Individually wrapped utensils and disposable napkins are provided.

-Name, Date, Location and Time of Meal Pick up or Delivery;
-Meal Selection and Tentative Number of Meals;
-Name, phone number and email for on-site point of contact;
-Name, address, phone number and email of person responsible for payment.

Due a minimum of (10) Business days prior to event date:

Due (5) Business days prior to event date:
-Guaranteed/Final Count
-Full pre-payment, online, by credit card.
One invoice will be issued for the total order.
Additional arrangements may be requested for payment by:
Purchase Order or in-person (by credit card, cash or Association Check).
Food portions are based on Chef’s measurements.
Pricing is inclusive of Institutional Fees and taxes as applicable.
Additional Fees may apply for events outside normal operating hours (Mon-Fri 10a-2p, not including holidays).
