Spring 2025 Catering Guidelines

To request Catering Services,

Please contact UH West Oʻahu Food Services and Events (FSE)
by email at uhwofse@hawaii.edu or by phone at 808-689-2528.

Please provide the following information with a MINIMUM of (30) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to requested event date:

Event Details:

  • Name of Event, Date, Time, Location
  • Number of Guests

Catering Details:

  • Requested Service Time(s) and Type of Service
    (e.g., 8:00 am Breakfast, 11:30 am Lunch)

Please provide the following information with a MINIMUM OF (10) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to requested event date:

  • Menu Selections
  • A tentative (minimum) guest count
  • Name, phone number and email for on-site point of contact.
  • Confirm method of payment (e.g., credit card, purchase order, Association check).
  • Name, address, phone number and email of person responsible for payment.

Payment Terms:

Due (5) Business days prior to event date:

  • Guaranteed/Final Count
  • Payment by credit card, online.

OR

with advanced arrangements, payment by
Purchase Order or in-person by Association Check.

Food portions are based on Chef’s measurements.
Pricing is inclusive of Institutional Fees and taxes as applicable.
Additional Fees may apply for events outside normal operating hours (M-F 10a-2p, not including holidays).
