Important: IRS Form 1095-C for employees

A message from the System Office of Human Resources in an email dated Feb. 3:

Aloha UH employees,

As a requirement of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), the University is required to provide a Form 1095-C to ACA “full-time” employees.

The Form 1095-C includes information on whether your employer offered you health insurance coverage. If you were an ACA “full-time” employee during the 2024 calendar year, you will be receiving a Form 1095-C no later than March 1, 2025.
