EUTF Member Self-Service Portal

A message from UH West Oʻahu Human Resources in an email dated March 8:

The Hawaiʻi Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) released their Member Self-Service Portal for all University of Hawaiʻi employees. In April, Open Enrollment 2024 will be done via their Member Self-Service Portal. This will allow employees to electronically process Open Enrollment changes, upload required documents, and download confirmation statements. Employees are encouraged to prepare now by following the steps below:

  • Visit https://eutfbenefits.hawaii.gov/ to register in the Member Portal for the first time.
  • Confirm your current coverage, including enrolled dependents, and compare your medical/prescription drug coverage to other options.
  • Confirm if you are enrolled in no-cost Life Insurance coverage. If not, you can enroll during Open Enrollment 2024.
  • Add or update your personal email and phone number and update your preferred method of contact – email (paperless) or mail. Any changes made in the portal to your email and/or phone number should also be made with your departmental HR Specialist via the UH Form 33.
  • Confirm if your address is correct. If not, please complete the UH Form 33 and submit to your departmental HR Specialist to update.

Detailed information regarding Open Enrollment will be sent to employees later this month. Please note, Open Enrollment will not be available in the Member Portal until the first day of the Open Enrollment Period.

The Member Portal will also be accessible to initiate Qualifying Events (e.g., Birth, Marriage, Divorce, etc.) throughout the year. All Qualifying Events may be processed through the self-service portal. If you experience a Qualifying Event, please visit the OHR Life Events page for information on updating benefit coverage and notify your departmental HR Specialist.
