EUTF Active Employees, PCP, and Island Flex FSA Open Enrollment deadline extension

A message from UH System Office of Human Resources in an email dated April 14:

Aloha,

The Hawaiʻi Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) has extended the 2023 Active Employee and Premium Conversion Plan (PCP) Open Enrollment deadline from April 28, 2023, to May 12, 2023. To coincide with the EUTF’s extended Open Enrollment Period for health plans, Island Flex Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Open Enrollment deadline has also been extended to May 12, 2023. If there is an agreement reached on the employer contribution, EUTF will post the revised employer/employee contribution rates on the EUTF website at https://eutf.hawaii.gov/.

Employees must submit their EC-1 Forms and supporting documents to their HR Representative or Open Enrollment Designee by May 12, 2023. If you have already submitted an EC-1 form and would like to amend your form, please complete another form and write on the top right hand corner “Amendment.” Submit your amended form to your HR Representative or Open Enrollment Designee by May 12, 2023.
