Distance Learning Tip of the Week – Add citations in Google Docs with built-in search tool
Google Docs has recently enhanced its citation tool with a new search and automated entry function. Find Citations in the Google Docs toolbar nested under Tools. Select Citations to open a panel of options. Start by choosing a citation style, and add source type and access method (print, website, or online database). The time-saving Citations tool creates a correctly formatted citation for in-text insertion or a bibliography of works cited. Click the links below for GIF demos of this helpful feature.
