Distance Learning Tip of the Week – Check out tech equipment from Hamilton Library (UH Mānoa)
Interested in using a green screen or selfie stick to capture images or record video? Perhaps a Yeti microphone could improve your audio recordings? See the wide range of Loanable Technology Devices at Hamilton Library. UH faculty, staff, and students are welcome to check out tech gear including GoPro cameras and accessories. Eliminate backlighting issues for online classes or video recordings with a Neewer light-ring kit or Lume Cube light and diffuser. Remember to bundle the devices with a cord, charging block, and a tripod — try the Smartphone Mount, Joby GorillaPod 1K Kit (skip the Lume Cube tripod). Double-check that any device and threaded tripod mount are compatible. If not, add a tripod adapter to your bundle.
The technology items are loaned for one week and renewable for another. Users may request longer time extensions based on project needs and equipment demand. View Hamilton Library hours.
