For faculty/instructors teaching hybrid or in-person classes/meetings during first two weeks

A follow-up message from Dr. Jeffrey Moniz, UH West Oʻahu Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, to UH West Oʻahu instructors of  in-person and/or hybrid classes dated Dec. 30:

TIME SENSITIVE MATTER: In-Person Class Meetings in the First Two Weeks

Dear UH West O‘ahu Instructors of In-Person and/or Hybrid Classes (via Bcc):

This message is intended for those who are teaching hybrid or in-person classes with in-person meetings scheduled during the first two weeks. 
 
While your classes will be temporarily shifted to electronic delivery for the first two weeks of the semester, per President Lassner’s announcement, you may request an exception to conduct in-person class sessions during this time period.  Use the Google Form at the link below to place your request.

Submit all requests via this form by 8am on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Doing so by this deadline will provide ample time, before the first day of instruction on January 10, to communicate any changes to our students.
