University of Hawai‘i–West O‘ahu students can purchase a Summer 2026 HOLO Card for reduced fares on both TheBus and Skyline.
The Summer 2026 HOLO Card is available for students to purchase from May 11 to Aug. 31, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., at the UH West O‘ahu Enrollment Services Office in C-141.
Please make an appointment to purchase a card by calling 808-689-2900 or email uhwo.enrollment@hawaii.edu. Students can fill out the HOLO Card application form here, print the completed form, and submit it to C-141 at their scheduled appointment.
The Summer 2026 HOLO Card is $135 and is valid from June 1 to Aug. 31; payments by cash or credit/debit cards are accepted. If students previously purchased a HOLO Card from UH West O‘ahu, they can bring that card in to reload, rather than getting a new card.
Students who purchase the Summer 2026 HOLO Card will receive a HOLO Card that enables them to ride TheBus and Skyline rail. The most convenient location to the UH West O‘ahu campus is the Keone‘ae/UH West O‘ahu station. That location also features a Park-and-Ride parking lot with a TheBus Transit Center. Additional information on the HOLO Card:
- Students must have paid tuition and fees in full, or enrolled in a payment plan.
- Students must present valid UH West O‘ahu student identification card at the time of purchase.
- All sales are final. No refunds.

- The HOLO Card is non-transferable and the City assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, destruction, or misplacement of the card.
- The HOLO Card is void if altered or mutilated.
