University of Hawai‘i–West O‘ahu students are encouraged to make time for rest and relaxation — or rather, “West & Welaxation” — at the No‘eau Center’s popular semesterly event.
West & Welaxation will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, and Thursday, March 12, at the No‘eau Center in room B-203 on the second floor of the James & Abigail Campbell Library.
“West & Welaxation is a chance for students to take a break from midterms and reset,” said No‘eau Center Student Assistant Zeidalyn Templado. “Attendees can enjoy good food, create something meaningful through hands-on activities, and connect with our staff while getting to know the No‘eau Center in a relaxed setting.”
Among the offerings at this semester’s West & Welaxation:
- Enjoy musubis, chips, and fresh grapes
- Quench your thirst with Hawaiian Sun drinks
- Get creative with make-and-take activities: tote bag and canvas painting, and shell bracelet making
- Win a battery-operated fan
You must be a UH West O‘ahu student to attend West & Welaxation, which is sponsored by the UH West O‘ahu Student Activity Fee Board. For more information, email uhwowc@hawaii.edu and follow @noeaucenter on Instagram for event updates and reminders.
This event is one of the “50 Acts of Pueo Pride” — events highlighted as part of the University of Hawai‘i–West O‘ahu’s 50th anniversary in 2026.
