Build community with YouTube polls

UH YouTube channels are a well-established way to reach students with lecture videos and curated playlists. Community posts are another option to connect with these viewers. Find the Community tab under the Content section of YouTube Studio. Click the plus-sign icon to the left of your profile picture and select ‘Create post.’

Community posts can include text and image polls, as well as GIFs. Polls can be instantly published or scheduled to add channel activity between video uploads. If subscribers have opted to get notifications from your channel, they’ll be alerted to your posts. Note that Community posts don’t have individual comment settings, so your channel must allow comments to employ this feature.

To take the poll on the UH West Oʻahu Office of Distance Learning YouTube channel, look for the Community tab. And please, subscribe!
